2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an fff77 account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. You agree to verify your email address and mobile number through the confirmation process. The Company may require additional documentation to verify your identity, including but not limited to:

Each individual may maintain only one (1) fff77 account. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If the Company discovers that you have registered or are operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be immediately closed, all funds frozen, all pending withdrawals canceled, and all winnings voided without exception.

2.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party, allow others to access your account, or engage in account sharing of any kind. All activity conducted through your account is presumed to be authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

The Company strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify fff77 Customer Support and change your password. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

fff77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC-20 or ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified or required by anti-money laundering regulations.

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your gaming balance. Deposits are intended for gaming purposes only and must not be used for money transfer, currency exchange, or any purpose unrelated to participation in gaming activities offered by fff77. The Company reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal gaming behavior.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during regular business hours (Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱500,000), with a cumulative monthly limit of Five Million Philippine Pesos (₱5,000,000) unless you are designated as a VIP player with higher limits.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent fraud. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not technically feasible, the Company may permit withdrawal via an alternative method after additional identity verification.

Before processing any withdrawal, fff77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, payment method ownership, and source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if:

Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a processing fee of two percent (2%) of the withdrawal amount or Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50), whichever is greater. Payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond the Company's control.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

fff77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, the Company maintains strict policies requiring that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. This requirement applies even if you wish to withdraw your own deposited funds without playing. Attempts to use fff77 as a money transfer service will result in account suspension and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

The Company reserves the right to request documentation regarding the source of your funds, particularly for large deposits or withdrawal requests. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and funds held pending investigation or returned to the source.

4. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

4.1 General Betting Principles

The Company will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error, manifest mistake, or system malfunction. Video streams may experience occasional delays or interruptions due to internet connectivity issues. In the event of a stream interruption, the game continues behind the scenes, and your bet is settled based on the actual game outcome. If a technical malfunction prevents completion of a game round, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

(PDRCI). Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement
